About Us

The Business Advisory Centre Northumberland is an initiative of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development & Innovation in partnership with Northumberland County and the Town of Cobourg.

We are part of a network of 46 Small Business Enterprise Centres operating in 56 locations throughout the Province of Ontario.The Business Advisory Centre is the "Source for Small Business Expertise" offering a full scope of services that will facilitate business start up and expansion. Most of our services are at no cost to users.

Business plan development
Marketing plan assistance
Provide you with informational booklets, pamplets and brochures
Business seminars, workshops, and specific educational activities
Guidance on licenses, permits, registration, regulations, etc. required to start and build a business
